Why is AI useful for job costing?
The signals that a job is heading the wrong way are usually spread across modules: costs in one place, purchase orders in another, service callbacks in a third. Joining them by hand is slow, so it often happens after the job is finished. Sightra joins them continuously so the warning can come earlier.
Do I have to change how we use Workbench?
No. Workbench stays your system of record. Sightra is an additional layer on top of the data Workbench already holds.
Is “Workbench AI” a Workbench product?
No. Sightra is built independently by ShiftCurve for teams whose job costing runs on Workbench. Workbench is a trademark of its owner. Sightra is also not related to other AI tools that use the word “workbench”.
